DESCRIPTION:This Inner Transformation Collective event is for those who are experienced or interested in breathwork. \nJoin Aaron for a group intro breathwork evening in community where you are free to explore what breathwork is and ask questions. We understand that stress and trauma play a large role in how we show up in the world.
